Review of The 5th Wave (2016) by Ant S — 04 Feb 2016
Disappointing film that starts off pretty interesting, but then goes off the rails and turns into a teenage love story. Not sure why the filmakers chose to have all of the young actors running through the woods during an end of the world apocalypse look like they just stepped off the set of a Vogue magazine cover shoot, but it really distracted from the final outcome.
They definitely missed the mark.
