Review of The 5th Wave (2016) by Mira G — 24 Nov 2016

The movie was really dissapointing. I have read the book and really enjoyed it, it was one of my favorite read of 2016. I found that the movie lacked of everything that made the book stand out and be so passionnate.

I'm sad to say that I was happy when the movie ended and that at many scenes that were suppose to be serious, I laugh out loud because it was that ridiculous... There was no building up the plot and it felt like they used the same old cliché of YA Dystopian movie.

It felt like they had rushed into the story whitout taking the time to explain very much of anything...
