Review of The 5th Wave (2016) by Katara C — 04 Feb 2016

Yeesh, is this really getting 16%? It's not nearly that bad. Granted, it's not the most amazing movie I've ever seen - it was a little predictable and had some cornball love triangle stuff going on.There were also a few oversights (like, why are people who are supposedly quarantined out in the open with no masks or anything on? Why are they in a large, obvious refugee camp with alien assassins lurking around every corner?).

But aside from that, it was decent- the beginning in particular had some good action, and the acting was good... I'd give it a solid 3 stars out of 5. It's not a *great* movie, but it was decently entertaining.
