A clueless and innocent tourist gets involved in a spying game, suddenly becoming a suspect in a spy's death, running away from the law, being conspired by the nine-fingered villain, and getting along with a woman who doesn't believe him.
This intense suspense-thriller-comedy film is one of Hitchcock's greatest earlier films alongside The Man Who Knew Too Much, The Lady Vanishes and Sabotage.
