Review of The 39 Steps (1935) by Ryan H — 13 Aug 2012
Great thriller that keeps you guessing. Surprisingly hasn't lost its touch after all these years. Funny story though, I saw a DVD of this movie at a novelty store for only $2.00. I was amazed and had to check that it was in fact the Hitchcock version and not a cheaply made knock-off.
It appeared to be legitimate but I didn't buy it because I didn't have any money on me at the time. Still, that makes me think that this is an under rated classic because it is indeed a classic.
