Review of That's My Boy (2012) by Shane J — 28 May 2013
There are times when Adam Sandler is funny and there are times when he is not. This is one of them. Out of personal experience, I don't find a scumbag father mooching off his son and trying to reconnect with him, while really he is only doing this to tie his own loose ends hilarious at all.
The raunchy jokes just make the movie more mean spirited and unpleasant. The only time when I found myself legitimately laughing is when Vanilla Ice appeared.
