Thankskilling tries way too hard to be a "so bad its good" movie while "so bad its good" movies like Troll 2 didn't try to be bad, thats what made Troll 2 so good. The filmakers of ThanksKilling on the other hand seemed to set out to make a bad movie, so whats the point.

The writing is very lazy, the acting was horrible, the cinematography was amateurish (many times camera shots were so close up I couldn't even make out what was going on). I like "so bad its good" movies but Thankskilling isn't one of them, its just a lazy movie that the filmakers knew would be a money maker because of its holiday theme and low budget.

Had they taken the stupid idea and tried to make the best movie they could this might have been a pretty fun flick. No its just so bad that its bad.
