Review of Texas Killing Fields (2011) by Eva Marie L — 04 Mar 2012
I get angry when I think about all the good money can do in this and how much money is spent churning out crap like this.
This is a complete waste of time. I'm ticked I spent the $1.20 on the rental.
What I really don't get us this - the story is interesting, it's "based on" (how much is a question I'd like answered) and *some* of the characters were portrayed well... do how dud flunk so badly?
I can't answer that. I can suggest not wasting your time. If you're looking for a horror movie to shake you to your core - pass. If you're looking for the drama - pass. Touching? Pass. Everything's a pass. Literally, everything. And I was surprised I'd never heard if it when I saw it in the RedBox last night. Ha.
I'm obviously going to have to be more careful with my movie choices. Between this, Shark Week and A Horrible Way To Die its a miracle I ever want to watch a movie again.
(This was *slightly* better than these other two... very slightly.).
