Review of Texas Killing Fields (2011) by Brad G — 05 Feb 2012
The two stars are simply for the hotness factor of Jeffrey Dean Morgan and the awesomeness factor of Jessica Chastain, otherwise what starts out as a promising noir-ish crime thriller turns into a giant cacophony of tangled plot threads and silly serial killer/tortured cop cliches.
Disappointing. I was really looking forward to this one.
