Review of Texas Killing Fields (2011) by Kelsey K — 18 Aug 2012
The Killing Fields Murders (the real ones) have never been solved, so this flick has little connection to reality. However, it was a gritty, albeit confusing film that held my attention. Much of the interaction between characters seemed a bit overwrought and the gore somewhat gratuitous, but I still found it intriguing.
The ending might fall a bit flat for some, since we never do find out what happens to the most sinister of the suspects.
