Review of TerrorVision (1986) by Bob B — 29 Jan 2012
After I watched Terrorvision, I realized that Charles Band was going for an elaborate satire of old cheesy horror movies. This entire movie pokes fun at the whole standard setup of 50's and 60's horror movies, as well as taking a jab at Elvira and other horror hosting shows at the same time.
The whole family dynamic is also a massive spoof of 80's sitcoms, and sort of an odd precursor to Married With Children. when you look at it this way, its hilarious, but I can see how someone might think its awful.
