Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Stanley F — 06 Feb 2013
Overall... it's ok. It's not quite the future war Terminator fans want to see, and the movie spends too much time on the Marcus character rather then John Conner, whom the movie should have concentrated more on.
It feels more like a bridge to the war and the events that people are waiting on then a standalone entry in the Terminator franchise. The action was top notch, especially for a PG-13 movie, and the cameos were a great touch to link it back to the previous films but it just needed a little more substance.
