Review of Terminator Salvation (2009) by Sohrab H — 28 Jun 2015
As long as you don't use your brain and don't watch it as a sequel to Cameron's Terminator films, you will have a total blast watching Terminator Salvation. It may not have the heart and the character depth of the original films, but there is plenty of special effects and fun action sequences, and Sam Worthington excels as Marcus Wright (really, he's quite good in here.
) Terminator Salvation will most likely disappoint the hardcore fans of the franchise, and that is understandable. But I'd be lying if I said I was never entertained. This is not so much about the plot, it's about the action and you can expect an awful lot of punching and kicking and driving and shooting and BOOM BOOM BOOM.
It's a perfect, brainless guilty-pleasure movie and I liked it.
