Another example of why I and you should ignore the critics. Seems that most either don't like action in a action movie or just couldn't follow a story that they had since the mid 80s to understand.
By far the best special effects of the 4 terminator movies. A Great cast and stayed true to what we are supposed to know about the storylines future. Arnolds cameo was perfect, he's the newest model in this time period and they made him look like he did in the original or even a bit younger, because he hasn't went back to kill sarah yet, so anything else wouldn't have made sence.
Recently watched it back to back with part 3 and this was hands down a better movie, and a better cast.
In this future based movie john connor is considered a profit by most but not by his superiors. So he's not the leader of the resistance yet and he hasn't sent his father back in time to save his mother. So it actually takes place in the future but before what we pictured from Kyles explanation of it back in the original terminator.
The 5th movie is coming in 2015 and is said to be more of a imagining than anything.
