Not sure which I like more, 1 or 2. They are both really, really good and you should watch both. They're good in different ways though- the first one is much darker, grittier and more intense. This one has more action, new better special effects and visuals, is a little more upbeat and adds a cool new villain in the T-1000.
Watch both and choose for yourself.
