Claire Danes was amazing in her portrayal of an autistic woman whose vision and perseverance led to more efficient and more humane ways to handle cattle. Based on a true story, which makes it all the more inspiring.
Excellent supporting cast: Julia Ormond (her mother), Catherine O'Hara (her aunt), and David Stathairn (a science teacher who knew how to help her reach her potential).
