Not an utter failure, but still pretty bad... though, I guess these live-action fighting game films can only really be compared to one another. "Tekken" wasn't nearly as bad as "The Legend of Chun-Li" or "Dead or Alive," but it still wasn't as good as the first "Mortal Kombat" film.
So yeah... meh.
