If I was a kid right now, This would have alot higher rating. Back then I loved this because it made me belive more that the turtles were real. Especially with the Making of Coming out of their Shells.
Now I am alot older and I know that they aren't real. This isn't really a movie, more of a TMNT concert on VHS just incase you didn't make it to the show.The concert is targeted to kids, so the music isn't that great for mature audiences.
If you are a fan of the TMNT, I would say watch it just to watch TMNt. Other wise leave this alone so you don't start hatin on TMNT.
