Review of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Coming Out of Their Shells Tour (1990) by Michael T — 02 Jan 2009
It's just... Hilarious. There really is no other word for it.
A show that devotes much of its time and script to Shredder pacing around onstage insulting little kids and trying to pick up their mothers is truly something no Turtle fan should miss.
The writing is fairly poor for the most part, with the exception of lines that appear to have been ad-libbed, but there is actually a lot of talent in the cast. It's hard to dislike it. It is incredibly stupid but funny as all hell.
