The sequel to a pathetic film adaptation of the cartoon, the second Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie has little beyond cartoonist action to offer. If one were to take away the profanity and crude humor, the film would easily be a kid's movie.
Both protagonists and antagonists alike are unrealistic and, frankly, childish in nature. Even though some of the turtles get some laughs, that is not enough to save this movie or the franchise.
