Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 Out of the Shadows I feel is everything a turtle movie should be minus the roided out size of the turtles. Having all villains needed for a ninja turtle movie, fun action, and fitting character moments.
However I feel the cast besides Bebop and Rocksteady and the turtles do not fit their roles. Megan Fox brings a below average April O Neil to the table that I was frankly disappointed in. Besides the sketchy cast's performances I felt the best parts of the movie were character moments of Bebop and Rocksteady and interaction with the turtles.
