Overall the movie is pretty flat, you don't feel happy, laugh, cry or feel any excitement or adrenaline. No jokes other than the cliche TMNT lines. There was maybe one joke in the whole movie. Action was alright in a few scenes.
Not better than the original which isn't saying much seeing that the original was just ok.
