Seen this in 4D which added even more to the thrills. Best 4D moments were when Krang spit at my face and real liquid hit me. Also when RockSteady and Beebop got wasted drinking beer, the taste of the alchol was very realistic.
It had a strong flavour to it. Actual movie was the definitive Ninja Turtles experience. This was like a remaster of the 80s cartoon with the best of moments all rolled into one. The personalities of each turtle is recaptured and immortalized as if they took the exact ones we knew from the origionals.
The villians are the same exact ones from the shows. The faces and expressions are so life like that I was always connecting with the turtles and bad guys as if they were human. My childhood self would have died of a heart attack of how awesome this was since I was obsessed beyond compared.
Point off for the casting for Casey Jones. I think we could have used a tougher actor. Oh, well. It did the job.
