I think if Nickelodeon didn't have its name in big letters (ownership) And was directed more of a darker franchise. Like in the comics. Id be more excited about the movie. But because it was aimed at children, I get it.

My son loved it he is 8. I loved the fight scenes. I wish it was more martial arts fighting. The acting was a miss from the people who wasn't in cgi suits. Shots out to the graphics and animation team.

Better acting from the guys who was actually playing as the turtles. If there's ever a reboot from this reboot by a super long shot. I hope its by director Nolan from the Batman franchise. I know he can make it Dark and gritty like spawn.

If they went in that direction.
