The second instalment of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise doesn't have much to work with. I actually respect the director for working his best with what he had and what we got but overall, this film is pretty bad but is a fun film that I think you can enjoy. If I had to pick a thing that I enjoyed the most, it would probably have to be Bebop and Rocksteady. Just go see it and have fun.
