Just plain out silly. Definitely feel the homage to the original cartoon. It might fit in my so bad it's good category. And the love for those turtles...it's so hard not to like. At least Mikey isn't borderline special needs anymore, but maybe I liked how unintelligent he was in the first one.
But Krang and Shredder sucked. Crappy villains makes for crappy heroes.
