This new movie is a lot of fun. The voice cast was excellent, specifically the turtles. They feed into the “young teenagers looking to belong and finding their path to do so”. The music and animation were fantastic.
Kids and adults will get plenty of laughs along the way. There are plenty of Easter eggs for folks like me who grew up watching and reading the various tmnt iterations over the decades. Seeing Bebop & Rocksteady be good guys was also a nice change of pace in this refreshing take on the turtles origins.
But with the announced 2 tv seasons and 2nd movie coming - there’s plenty of time to see how they may align with Shredder.
