This movie is like a stale bread. It is good enough when you are really hungry for some turtles. Not the worst thing, but hardly anything good either.
Movie is uneven, very uneven. Some parts are good, others are horrible. Like with jokes, they are good...to a point and director clearly did not know where to stop, just keeping piling up far past point of oversaturation.
Safe skip, unless you are really into turtles and want to see everything made in this franchise.
