Wow, what a mess. While the fight scenes may be more elaborate, the special effects are awful and the suits for the Turtles and Splinter are ugly. Well, uglier than usual. The film moves at a terrifyingly slow pace, the acting ranges from "that wasn't so bad" to "dear Lord, make it stop", the story is cliched beyond all recognition (moreso than the first two films) and the writing is just painful.
