"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II - The Secret of the Ooze" is not much of an improvement from the first film: the fighting has now become lame & the acting is further exaggerated. Not an exactly perfect film for kids or fans.
But it does have a neat opening with everyone eating pizza. Mmmm, pizza.
