Review of Tears of the Sun (2003) by Samuel B — 17 Nov 2009
Well made and entertaining film. Being prior military, not following orders is a definite "no, no" but in this case I believe it was justified when you consider the SEALs eventually had the support of the commanding officer(which was based on past success and trust).
It's a "tear-jerker" but an evening well spent. Highly recommended especially for any veterans who served in our recent conflicts and will be able to well relate to the subject matter.
