Review of Taxi Driver (1976) by Robwinz — 28 Jun 2020

I could tell straight away this movie was going to be amazing when Travis said this quote at the beginning of the movie, It's such a brilliant movie and all. Also, the movie's got a great story and it shows how Travis (Robert De Niro) starts off being quite a clever guy and starts to get insanely mental throughout the movie.

Finally, the camera work is amazing throughout this movie and I know it's one of those little things but I really liked the style of clothes which the characters wore throughout this movie. I actually thought the dialogue was pretty good and it didn't feel forced at any moment throughout and I like how it builds up to the action in this movie.

Also, that ending is brilliant and I didn't expect anything like that at all. Overall, it's a great movie with good acting, brilliant camera work, a few little laughs throughout and a great story, it's honestly worth the watch.
