Review of Tarnation (2003) by Dan M — 30 Jan 2008
Aside from having the most orgasmic soundtrack ever - this is probably the most touching piece of work I have ever seen. A beautiful collage of image and sound - it is simply home video footage that spans the entire life of one man - pieced together to tell his story about how he dealt with his mother's mental illness.
I am not sure if the art of film making can get any more REAL than this.
