It's a poor man's Lethal Weapon. And there's a lot of those kinds of films. But this one is by far the most entertaining.
A personal favorite of mine. Stallone and Russell, somehow, manage to have good chemistry. Too bad Stallone won't resurrect this film with a sequel.
