Review of Tangerine (2015) by Lowbrowcinema — 21 Jul 2015
TANGERINE is one terrifically modern, gritty film. The first indie in a while that truly engaged me and made me feel the excitement of the street. Director Sean Baker perfectly captures the real LA in less than 90 minutes.
And it's all in service to one terrifically wacky, funny, old fashioned, but profoundly current story.
