Review of Tammy (2014) by Gaye C — 28 Jul 2014
I laughed out loud - something I rarely do in a movie. McCarthy's character is pathetic and sometimes painful to watch, but McCarthy manages to bring out the humanity in Tammy - showing how someone immersed in her own misery has complexity and can evolve.
Sarandon, Bates, Ho, Janey, Ackroyd and all the others do not disappoint!
