Review of Taking Woodstock (2009) by Leo K — 19 Dec 2009
A true-to-life movie I presume. The setting is during a pivotal moment in american history, yet it strays more towards the homeland story.
Personally, I have always been curious as to what the hippy movement was all about, and what this "woodstock" endeavor was. I now know. This flick was part documentary, part film, and the flick in itself is a reminder of cultural history.
You can take many things from Taking Woodstock. I enjoyed the culture shock, and the chance to witness a moment in the human... universe.
As far as the acting, nothing special.
