Review of Taking Woodstock (2009) by Sage S — 09 May 2011
This was a really slow and rambling film. The subject matter was interesting--it's allegedly based on true events, although they are disputed by the parties involved. Imelda Staunton was excellent as always, but I must admit that I was totally distracted by Liev Schreiber as a transvestite.
I'm pretty sure I just ignored whatever was going on in the movie, because his appearance was so bizarre.
