Review of Taking Chance (2009) by Esther M — 16 Mar 2009
Watched this with no prior knowledge of what it was about. When I realised that it involved war I thought I would hate it... but this movie, based on real life events, follows the journey of a fallen soldier back to his hometown where is family wait to bury him.
It was quite emotional, which I liked, but at the same time there was not enough happening in the film to keep me interested.
