Review of Taken (2008) by Nerdconsultant — 06 Jan 2015
Taken is a surprise in the fact that it's enjoyable on a lot of levels most notably in it's main character and it's action sequences which were both well done and Liam Neeson is really on top form for both.
the film has excellent cinematography and the plot while engaging suffered from having a lot of aspects kind of rushed and not fully explored. I also think the film could have used a more bond style villain to seem like a challenge to Bryan mills though that may have decreased the films realistic tone.
