Review of Taken 2 (2012) by Alex D — 24 Mar 2014
The first Taken movie was something different, hard nosed and packed with action. This sequel was so much like the original in most ways that it was a bad thing. Instead of his daughter getting kidnapped it is him and his wife and things get very predictable from there.
It is super unrealistic and it lacks the first films awesome action sequences. It seemed like they put this one together with very little effort and it showed. It still had some cool moments and Liam Neeson was badass as always but is it even close to being as good as Taken 1, No-way.
