Review of Take This Waltz (2011) by Debbie N — 12 Sep 2013
Typical "indie" movie complete with minimal plot, open ended ending and catchy music. My problem lies with none of the above but with a plot point about half an hour before the film ends. What was a realistic film about a woman's emotions was interrupted by an unrealistic turn of events that none of the character should have entertained. Luckily for my viewing pleasure, it doesn't work out in the end.
The one great thing about this though, was the acting: especially Rogen and Silverman!
