Review of Tae Guk Gi: The Brotherhood of War (2004) by Mike W — 14 Dec 2008
As a "guy's-guy" manly, testosterone-filled war-action film is loaded with the quality of carnage we've come to expect since "Saving Private Ryan". At 1/10 the budget this film delivers everything you want and then some.
A little simplistic or oversentimental at times, you learn to just say "Fuck it - this movie kick's ass!!" very quickly.
