Review of Synecdoche, New York (2008) by Eric R — 04 Apr 2015
Charlies Kaufman's first directing job is both his most personal film and his most confusing.... in a good way. When people talk about Citzen Kane they do so because of the countless ways you can interpret it while still telling a story.
This is basically a more convoluted version of that except with the messege being far more beautiful.
