Never before have I felt such an emotional connection to a film. Easily one of my favorites. Easily the most important film I've ever seen, anyway. Everything works here; the performances, the writing, the cinematography, color, the beautifully haunting music, even the little Easter eggs lurking in the background.

The film is not only technically perfect, it is emotionally shattering, an accurate, bold, mesmerizing view on life, on the way we perceive others, whether loved ones or total strangers, and the way they view us.

Roger Ebert says this is the most important film of the decade. I totally agree.
