Although I genuinely believe this film to be a masterpiece, I found it challenging to watch. It's really incredibly depressing. It might be accurate, but the film is dreadfully depressing. It's been executed quite effectively, yet I find it very difficult to endorse it.
Each component plays its part correctly. Just too depressing. I therefore give it a 8 instead of a 10.
