A deaf and dumb man struggles to find a kidney donor for his ailing sister. His girlfriend and he come up with the idea of kidnapping the daughter of the president of the company he works at for the necessary money to buy a new kidney, after he already was doublecrossed into giving up his own in a botched exchange by some shady underground dealers.

While casting a light on the difficulty involved in not being able to help a sick loved one, and showing the type of organ mill black market trap that can be easily fallen into, the film itself bounced around so much with its scene cuts that I was left confused at times at what to care about.

I will give credit for some excellent makeup effects that depict the cremation of a corpse from inside the box, and some nice decomposing body shots, but the story didn't move me much, the characters were thinly drawn, and the action was not rich enough to carry it through.
