I loved it.
There's a certain class of Korean film that embraces an amazing measured pace. The obvious word is "slow", but it's the wrong word. See also "3 iron".
It's incredibly dark. There is wince-inducing violence. But that's not what it's about. Or maybe it is. Um.
Anyway, it's magnificent. Better than Oldboy in my opinion.
