I can't begin to tell you how brilliant I thought this was. Filmed in an incredibly minimalist, but visually appealing style. The message of the movie is clearly that there is no redemption through vengeance; it is an endless cycle.
For me to really appreciate this, I had to watch it twice. On the first viewing some scenes can be hard to follow. The best way to describe it is that it shows and doesn't tell. The whole vengeance trilogy is great, but this might just be my favorite.
