Review of Sydney White (2007) by Steph O — 04 Aug 2010
I didn't find "Sydney White" as funny as "She's the Man", but I certainly didn't hate it. It's just a harmless little teen comedy. Emphasis on the harmless. What always annoyed me about this movie though, is that Matt Long was supposed to be the 'prince charming' character.
Shouldn't 'prince charming' be a little more than just average looking? I'm not being mean, he just seemed a bit out of place in that role. In case you don't know, "Sydney White" is a modernised "Snow White" story, set in an American college.
Honestly, I loved this movie for the '7 dorks'. They are so adorable.
